This $200 Reservation Payment is required to reserve and confirm your event date at Unique Banquet Hall.
The $200 payment is applied toward your total rental amount. It is not an additional fee.

- Refundable Cleanup Deposit: $100

Sunday–Thursday (excluding holidays)
- Facility Rental Fee: $400
- Refundable Cleanup Deposit: $100
- Total: $500
The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before your event.
Before Paying
Please make sure you have:
- Confirmed your event date with Unique Banquet Hall
- Provided the name of the person renting the facility
- Reviewed or received your Rental Agreement
Submitting a payment for an unconfirmed date does not guarantee that the date is available.
Your reservation is confirmed after your event date has been approved by Unique Banquet Hall and your $200 Reservation Payment has been received.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
The $200 Reservation Payment holds your approved event date and is applied toward your total rental amount. Reservation payments are generally non-refundable once the date has been reserved and other booking opportunities may have been declined.
If you cancel and Unique Banquet Hall is able to rebook your reserved date, a refund may be considered. Refunds are determined based on the circumstances, the amount of notice provided, and whether the date is successfully rebooked.
